Take a few deep breaths. Feel into the changes that have been happening. It is a whole new way of living – of varying degrees – for all of us.

The doors are Opened.
The possibilities of what you can create in your life are Endless. Sink into that, the Goodness of it and what it can represent if you get out of your own way (literally in some cases) and start making effort and taking action.
When our thoughts are plagued with the struggle, fear, and doubt and being worried about the “how”, we become paralyzed.
When we are paralyzed, we are stuck and often we end up in a spiral of un-useful thinking.
This yields a lack of action. Breathe out those un-useful thoughts and beliefs. With each exhale you are releasing those perceived binds.
With each breath, you are allowing the energy within you to shift and become something useful.
With each inhale, you are literally breathing new life INTO yourself, Igniting the Possibilities.
We are sending infused energy to IGNITE that part of you that wants to create something New or Different. That part of you that wants to move forward.
Breathe in that Infinite Possibility.
Breathe out that feeling of stuck, worry and fear.
Continue for 10 breaths.
Now jot down a few Baby Steps you can start taking to move you in the direction you want to go. The energy is here to support you.
hi Jyll,
definitely doing a lot of breathing techniques the last few weeks. I’ve had the blinders on and my eyes looking forward. So much has occurred in my life since the middle of February that could just make one want to bury their head in the sand. (Illness, loss of my mother, birth of my 3rd grandson (haven’t seen him since he was 2 weeks old), hospitalized for 2 1/2 weeks, pneumonia, asthma exacerbation (what landed me there to begin with), testing positive for RSV. put into quarantine, sent home on strict quarantine, home health for 3 weeks, more quarantine…testing positive for Covid 19 this last week – now MORE quarantine and praying I don’t land BACK in the hospital (the testing should have been done the day I went to the hospital on 3/1).
Yea, I’m breathing = nice, slow breaths…exhaling and taking it all in. For now, I’m living and that’s all that matters.
I’m taking things as they come, not going out, well my granddaughter won’t let us even if we wanted to go shopping. She is a sweetheart and takes care of what grocery shopping we need. I’m deep breathing as I pray.
Breathe in that Infinite Possibility. Love it! Thank you for a wonderful post!
Yes, love this post. Definitely need to spend more time doing breathwork, breathing in and out, sitting in silence. It’s been a rough week, today is better. All is well as I breathe in love, breathe out worry. Thank you!
