If you feel like time is flying by — IT IS! There has been something about the energy of 2020 – obviously, the World Events plays a part – but I’m talking more about what each of us is going through on a Personal level. To me, it feels like each week passes in just a simple blink of the eye.
During 2020, we have been extremely supported with energies to assist us in going within and re-evaluating or re-adjusting or frankly, coming clean with your life and who you are and who you want to be.
We are supported with supernatural strength to TAKE THOSE NEXT STEPS towards the life we want to create for ourselves. Baby Steps or Adult Steps (ha) – the choice is yours….either way, the Action that comes from the step is Real!
We are deeply supported by a Healing Foundation to release past wounds, hurts, ways of thinking, attitudes, ways of being, and everything along those lines. If you want to tackle this in a private session – I’m here for you!

For those of us who are making the effort to go within, even when it feels uncomfortable, we are creating a new foundation from which to build on in the next few years.
For those of you who have been avoiding, ignoring, or doing everything to distract yourself to NOT go within – it’s okay, I feel ya and I get it. Know that you still have time to jump on this energetic opportunity.
I think we forget that action doesn’t have to be HUGE. It doesn’t have to be this big production. It can be a simple Decision. It can be a simple Pivot. It can be a simple step towards “something” else, new or different. Stop “trying” and just do something – take that Baby Step!
