I’ve been enjoying getting back into my routine. I started exercising again. Nothing crazy. I’m starting with some stretching, abs, planks and weights. It feels good to do a little something every day. Baby Steps!

I’ve been working on the Intake forms – that is one of the important pieces of info you get upon joining the Academy! We are all intuitive beings. There are many ways you can be intuitive though.
The four main ways are called the ‘clairs’ which means CLEAR:
- Clairvoyance (clear seeing)
- Clairaudience (clear hearing)
- Claircognizance (clear knowing)
- Clairsentience (clear feeling)
- Clairempathy (feeling others)
Okay, you caught me, that is FIVE, not four! I like to add Clairempathy as a main type of intuition because soooooooooooo many people have clairempathy (there is also just plain empathy). I always knew I was empathic but I thought I was just really sympathetic to my friends or situations that would occur! It’s only been in the last handful of years that I have realized what all clairempathy entails and what a big part it plays in my life. It also goes VERY well with Clairsentience!
You likely already know how you are intuitive, but if not – you will! I’m providing Academy members with HOW they are intuitive AND the percentage they are intuitive. That way we can track growth. Pretty cool huh!
There are tons of other ways that people are intuitive – some are: feeling objects, telepathy, astral travel, clear taste, and clear smell. I want to dive into those a bit in the Academy as well.
