Look around you. There is NEWNESS all around. New thoughts. New ideas. New Energy. A New You! Get your hair cut! Cut off all that old energy. Buy a new pair of sandals. Get a Spring in your Step because NOW is the time to come out of the closet (maybe even literally for a few of you!).
And why not come out? What is holding you back from being the You that you were meant TO BE? What is the delay? What is this fear that you seem swallowed up in? You fear “it” simply because you haven’t done it yet! You don’t have a frame of reference — YET.
We know you feel we are being harsh but it’s time to not mince words. Precious time is flying by. Each minute that you do not actively engage in your life is a minute you might later kick yourself for not using.
So listen. What do you want to do? Who do you want to be? Are you completely satisfied with where you are in life right now? Are you completely satisfied with who you are? If the answer is “no” then GREAT – we have something to work with!
Let’s go through a process called BECOMING.
Take a few deep breaths – in through the nose and out through the mouth. Clear your mind and let the breathing bring in the good and release the unuseful. Stop reading and breathe in and out 5 times. Slowly.
Alright, we’ve set this up so your answers will come from your Soul. You already have the answers within you, it’s just a matter of finding them. Sometimes we have to dig through a lot of human experience to get to the core of you.
Think about those questions – are you where you want to be in your life? Are you who you want to be? If yes, great – keep breathing.
Most of you answered ‘no’ to one or both questions. We can feel the “I don’t know what to do to get to where I want to go” or “I don’t know what to do to be who I want to be”. We get it. We feel the panic and the uncertainty. This is exactly what we helped Jyll with when she started her Journey towards her big life changes years ago. We feel you. We understand the frustration and appreciate that you don’t know where to start. We still help Jyll with this.
“There it goes” we hear as the energy hits your fear and dissolves it. Zap. Zap. We are going through everyone on this mailing list and most of you are ready and releasing that piece of fear. Good job! HOORAY! Shifts will follow!!
Tune in again and ask, “Where do I want to be in my life?” and “Who do I want to be?”
What is the first thing that comes to your mind? That is your Soul Answer, for now. Likely there are more layers but this is where you start.
While you are in this energy, do a soul-storm (like a brainstorm but better!) on everything you can think of that will help get you to the answer you received. Write them all down! Even if they seem far-fetched or you have no idea HOW, please write it down. These answers are not coming from your brain. Be open to what you are receiving even if it doesn’t make sense right now.
Breathe. Are you remembering to breathe? In with the good, out with the unuseful. Feel the unuseful things actually leaving your cells and walls of your body. Breathe!!!
You may have a clear picture of what to do. You may only have a glimpse. You may have an idea of how to start and what to do. You may feel that what you want is impossible.
Your dream CAN come true. Your desires to DO and BE in the world are VERY POSSIBLE and not that far out of reach. You first have to get clear on what it is you want and you just did that!!
Take a look at your Soul-storm list. Pick one thing that you can start doing TODAY. This will be a baby step and begin to propel you into the life you want to live and/or the person you want to be.
Pick another item on the list for tomorrow, and the day after, etc. until you have a new thing every day.
