Well, it’s that time of year – to review the year and let it go! Woo hoo! Finally, right!!? I know each of us is feeling the extent of this year in many different ways. Chiron recently went direct so that Retrograde contributed to lots of healing as well as the pandemic (thank you?!?).

Let’s capitalize on this, and the full moon energy today, to really take stock and release what is no longer in our best and highest good.

If you haven’t already, I urge you to do some writing on 2020: Some ideas of what to write about:

  • What you liked
  • What you didn’t like
  • What you learned
  • What you get lots of Gold Stars for
  • What you will do differently going forward
  • What you want to release
  • Whatever else tickles your fancy

After you write, take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Imagine all of the things that you wrote leaving your mind, body, and energy field on the exhale.

You can even picture a big bonfire that you breathe those things into or throw what you wrote into. Imagine those words floating off the page and into the fire.

Feel free to literally destroy what you write by burning it, ripping it up, or flushing it.

The biggest new thing I learned from my recent bulk and regular releases has been that ‘letting go’ doesn’t have to be big and heavy and “Oh no! I am not ready to let this/that go!” or “I don’t/can’t/won’t let this go because what does life look like without it?”

I found that by simply BEING OPEN and WILLING to letting things go – just being curious about not having it/the person/the situation/the thing – is all it takes to create a shift.

When ALLOWING things to release (even if on a Baby Step level), things begin to UNRAVEL.

There is a RIPPLE in the Unraveling and that is the sweet spot. That is the energy that leads to more releasing, allowing and shifting.

All you have to do is Be Willing – easy peasy!

It’s high time we got curious about what our life could be like without all the energy of the past weighing us down (and I’m referring to previous to 2020 as well).

RELEASE (the year) and ROAR!!!
