For the past month, my Journey has been about going within and healing pain. It took complete trust in allowing myself each moment to be what it was going to be.
Each mood was allowed to run its course. Sometimes there was a process of dissection. Most times were of quiet reflection, releasing and purging.
Everything and Everyone that no longer resonated with my Highest Good was invited to leave, especially old beliefs, thoughts, and habits.
I trusted myself with this time and rest. I embraced the inner-knowing that all was being taken care of in divine order.
I expect miracles to come from this in the near future. I returned to Belize DIFFERENT. I feel a strength and a power within that had been missing or forgotten. I feel a Newness in perspective.
My Health is becoming a Focus. While spiritual and emotional health typically doesn’t suffer my attention, my physical health does at times. I’m ready to give it the focus and attention it deserves.
