Each morning we start with a Clean Slate, a Blank Canvas.

During each day we are growing, changing, shifting, deciding, pivoting directions, releasing, processing, and taking Baby Steps (or maybe leaps).
Throughout the day WE CHOOSE what to think, what to say, how to act, how to respond, what to do, where to go.
If we but start to NOTICE things – little or big – that we are doing (or not doing), saying (or not saying), etc. we can start to decipher what is working or not working. What we like or don’t like.
Just Notice.
If your thoughts feel more negative than positive (or are outwardly so) then make an adjustment. Reframe the thought. Reframe the self-talk.
And Notice.
If you want to lose weight but aren’t consciously paying attention to what you are eating and you aren’t exercising — notice that.
Life is made up of little choices throughout each day.
We are often on autopilot and may not even recognize how we are creating our life, THAT we are creating our life.
The message today is to simply Notice.
Notice what is working or not working.
I didn’t say Beat Yourself Up. I said NOTICE.
That is all. Just Notice.
Once we Notice, we can then Adjust.
How does that feel to you? Does it take a load off? Does it feel easy? Does it feel doable? Comment below and let me know!!

Thank you for this. You are absolutely right. Lately l, I have found myself noticing more and more what defines Myself. With notice, come self awareness, self acceptance and the need to create boundaries within myself.
I totally agree! Noticing is such a great first step!!
Simple and to the point, love it!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it Martha!
I’ve been trying for two steps. Notice, and then take it right to God. It’s a relief to me that I am not alone in trying to make the adjustments. Good point about how just noticing can begin to empower us.
I like your two-step process Jeanine! Not feeling alone when we go to make the adjustments is important!
I’m with you here, Jyll!
Awesome Roy!
