It’s 68 degrees (freezing to me) here in Belize. I’ve got my hoodie on and I’m cozied up in my bed trying to keep warm. I threw a towel over Puppy (she didn’t shake it off – Yay!) who is curled up in a tight ball.
I just made some hot, soursop tea (that’s a fruit in case you were wondering). I’m typing as fast as I can to keep my fingers warm! Let’s see what wants to channel through today!

The World is changing. The world is becoming more Aware. What once could be blown off is now being scrutinized under a magnifying lens.
This is all good! People are becoming more conscious and willing to speak their truth and stand for what is right.
Are you speaking your truth? If you have a hard time with this, start with baby steps (of course!). Practice allowing your truth out.
Watch your Vibration. Watch your Thoughts. Watch what kind of events and people you allow in your life.
Ask “Is this [thing/person] for my Highest Good?”
You are Highly Empathic and will easily pick up on the shifts of vibration — if you pay attention.
Get very clear on what these different energies and vibrations feel like and mean to you.
This is not the time to sit back and watch the World go by. Go with the flow of the Vibration you feel!
