I have volunteered to participate in a paid or unpaid session, workshop, teleconference, webinar, class, session, Regression, program, or product with Jyll Hoyrup and/or an advisor available through Jyllicious L.L.C., to include, but also may not be limited to, any and all services provided, such as Energy Healing, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Channeled Readings/Healings, Card Readings, Intuitive Coaching, Regressions, Meditations, Visualizations, Group Programs, Masterclasses, Bootcamps, and Intuitive Aromatherapy products.

Jyllicious L.L.C. maintains a No Refunds Policy.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Past Life Regression, Higher Self Regression and Akashic Record Regression Sessions:

I give Jyll Hoyrup of Jyllicious L.L.C. consent to perform meditative hypnosis session(s). I agree that actual sessions, either in person or online, and the outcomes of these hypnosis sessions are not guaranteed to produce successful results. Jyll Hoyrup is not healing me—I'm being given a chance to heal myself. I agree that the audio/video footage and information gathered in my session may be used at Jyll Hoyrup's discretion for marketing and educational purposes, including but not limited to blogs, vlogs, social media, etc. Personal information will be edited out for client privacy.

I declare that Jyll Hoyrup of Jyllicious L.L.C. is free of any legal action taken by me, related to my hypnosis session(s). Receiving an unsatisfactory session, inability to be hypnotized or gather the desired information, technological issues (including but not limited to audio/video malfunctions), etc., are possible outcomes of this experience and do not warrant a refund or legal action to recoup session fees.

I understand Jyllicious L.L.C. maintains a No Refund Policy. Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled by me less than 24 hours before my session are NOT eligible for a refund. No Shows are not eligible for a refund. Sessions that are canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are refunded 50% of the price of the Session.

I also agree to set an intention to have a beautiful, successful session where I manifest the outcome for myself that brings my soul exactly the kind of healing that I need in this moment. I acknowledge that the success of this session is my divine responsibility.

In consideration of Jyllicious L.L.C. agreement to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless the Company and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.

I recognize that in no way does any member of Jyllicious L.L.C. provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advisement.

I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities and/or programs in which I participate.

I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight or program from Jyllicious L.L.C. I understand that results are individual and may vary.

I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By signing this document and purchasing from Jyllicious L.L.C., I am waiving any right I or my successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Jyll Hoyrup or Jyllicious L.L.C. and agree to hold harmless its principles, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, volunteers and others associated with Jyllicious L.L.C. and agree to hold harmless from any claim or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, personal, emotional, psychological, financial, or otherwise, which I may incur arising at any time out of my participation or application of the information, ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials contained herein. Jyllicious L.L.C. strongly advises that you seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decision. If any court of law rules that any part of the Disclaimer is invalid, the Disclaimer stands as if those parts were struck out. This release form is to be construed under the laws of the State of Washington; any proceedings to interpret or enforce this agreement must be brought in the Skagit County Courts of Washington State.

Company Policies

Contact policies: Your primary contact person for Jyllicious L.L.C. is Jyll Hoyrup. Jyll is available from 7 am to 1 pm Belize time, Monday through Thursday. Jyll communicates best by email. Please do not contact by Social Media to communicate.

Email Policies: Please allow up to two business days for a response by email, although Jyll strives to respond sooner.

Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule a session. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.

Time Off Policy: Jyllicious L.L.C. is closed on weekends and Federal and State USA Holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.

Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Jyllicious L.L.C. prior to initiating a chargeback.

One-on-one Sessions:
Sessions will be held on SESSIONS Video Conferencing, or with advance notice, by other means including Telephone or WhatsApp.

The session must be scheduled using Jyll Hoyrup’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours although many time zones are covered.

If a session is not used within 60 days, it is forfeited.
If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.

If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.
