Your primary contact person for Jyllicious L.L.C. is Jyll Hoyrup.  Jyll is available from 8 am to 4 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.  Please do not use Social Media to communicate.  Jyll communicates best by email and you can reach her by emailing roar@jyllhoyrup.com.

Email

Please allow up to two business days for a response by email, although Jyll strives to respond sooner.

One-on-one Sessions

Sessions will be held on ZOOM.  The session must be scheduled using Jyll Hoyrup’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours although many time zones are covered.

If a session is not used within 60 days, it is forfeited.

If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.

If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.

Cancel or Reschedule

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a session. You may forfeit your session if less notice is provided.  Please use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or within 24 hours email Jyll at roar@jyllhoyrup.com.

Refunds

Jyllicious L.L.C. maintains a No Refunds Policy.

You acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available.

Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule in this Agreement until paid in full.

Jyllicious L.L.C considers this policy a material inducement to entering into contracts with clients, this Agreement, and would not have done so unless this No Refunds policy were included.

Bootcamps

Bootcamps will be held on ZOOM.

Digital Products

Digital Products include, but are not limited to courses, meditations, visualizations, printables, ebooks, and audiobooks.  There are no refunds for digital products.

Time Off Policy  

Jyllicious L.L.C. is closed on weekends and Federal and State USA Holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.

Billing

You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.

Billing Disputes

In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Jyllicious L.L.C. prior to initiating a chargeback.
